sec 482 quashing of fir

me & my brother married with 2 real sister. my wife is with in laws from 15/02/2008 & by borther's from 20/4/2007. now they laodge a fir against whole family me & brother, sister & brotheron 8-7-2009.

case dairy yet not completed, their bayans are still pending

plz tell me best of use sec 482 in this regard

u should approach the high court for quashing only if the f.i.r doesnt make out an offence. its better if you scan and send the copy of f.i.r to me at lawyer_rajiv@yahoo.com

482 may not help. You may consider an amicable out of court settlement of the entire dispute.
