Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am retired & senior citizon . My son & daughter-in-law living seperately since 7 year. Most of economical need for food , school fees , admission , insurence premium all this are paid by me . Now in the presence ( live ) of my son ( having no job) , can my daughter in law ask for economical help/ or ask for part in prperty for herself & their two child ? Daughter-in-law has already file a false case of mental harresment & dawery u/s 498 before few days against me & my son also. On what ground can i refuse her to help economically & my property .

There may hardly be any ground to deny her and the children adequate maintenance.

You should better keep providing maintenance for herself and your grand children.
