Section 9 HMA is helpful in which case, false 498A or maintenance (Sec 125) or both? How is it helpful if the spouse is not ready to join me? Is it useful to file section 9 or is it just wastage of time and money? What is the procedure after filing section 9 HMA?

in matrimonial cases, these days a strategy is required. section 9 may be helpful and maybe not. If you want to use it as a tool to save urself from 498 A and 125 then it may not be useful however it may have psychological effect on other party.
the procedure for all civil cases is nearly same normally. in section 9, initially every court tries for a patch up between the parties. if it is not possible then it is continued like a normal civil case.
