Legal Question in Family Law in India

seeking best possible way to get divorce

i got married 15 months back , after marriage myself and my wife stayed together(away from my native place where i was working & her family was sattled) just for around 30-35 days, since then we are saperated and shes living with her parents, the main reason for the breakup was she had an affair with one of her collouge , so i planned to move to the different town (my native place) but she rejected this and bluntly said that shes will never ever come n stay to my native place , since then we are living saperately and now her father and lawyer is demanding huge amount of money to give me divorce with mutual concent under section 13(B) indian pinal code ,

i am sure that she is not gonna come & stay to my native

place so what is the best way to file for the divorce and on what basis and how to make my case more stronger ?
