Legal Question in Family Law in India

How to serve summons of 125(maintenance) of Indian court to Australia. I have file maintenance case against my husband. Currently he is in Australia. Court is not finding that how to serve the summons to Australia. so Please help me

your lawyer may tell the court that the summons can be served through respective office as per Hague Convention. to my mind, Australia is also a signatory to hague convention.
