hello sir give me your valuable suggestions

Sir my marriage is love marriage happened on 10 months back .My marriage is not accepted by my parents & my wife parents and they all left us at police station an went away.After that my wife parents attended to marriage her father only sign on registration certificate.But my parents not attended to my marriage after 4months my wife and me divided due to some problems in these 4months my parents are not inter in my matters after 4months my wife went to their parents home she take the help of mahila mandel and file flase 498a case on me and my parents.but my parents truly not entered in these matter

1) she is creating witness

2) i do not receive any dowery amount or gold articales

sir please help how to get out of these case in these matter my parents interferience are not their.how to get them out of these case
