Sir lower court has the power to tansfer the case to other state?because i cannot face the trial court in amritsar as iam afraid of my inlwas. plz suggest

lower court cannot transfer the case to any other state. it is the Supreme Court.

Only supreme court has power if case has to be transferred from one state to another.
