sir my question is
in first motion i have paid half of ailmoney to my wife and second motion is in may 2011.
but i have no balace maoney with me to pay her . i need 3 to 4 months time to get money
i want to know wheather court give me time to arrange for money or not.
as case was pending in cawc.
what action girl can took over me i am unable to pay her balance amout in time but i will get it within 4 months.

your question is not enough to answer properly. If u meant permanent alimony, court has discretion to pass order

For 2nd motion, you have 6 to 18 months period to go for Divorce. So relax ,you can apply for 2nd motion when you are able to arrange money.
