If you or any of your parents / relatives have not recd summons/notice then the court on application of opposite party will reissue summons/notice but if the same is returned unserved again and again with remark that the person is not found the court will not proceed ex parte. If you are not aware of procedure you may approach a local lawyer.

in your absence, you parents can receive the notice. in case there is a refusal to receive it, the court may direct ex parte order.
