Sir,
I filed a 498acase on my husband and in-laws .Legal proceedings are going on.
Mean time is there a possibility for my husband to move abroad as we heard he is on trials to move overseas..
Can you suggest me what are the necessary actions i can take on him and his family as they harassed me a lot to the core..

File an application in the same court praying the court to direct the accused not to leave the country without the permission of the court.

the accused can leave after obtaining permission from the court concerned. however, you may move an application for obtaining a specific order in this regard.
