Hello sir

I have a question for you! I can get divorce on ground of renunciation but can my partener appose it? If yes! Then how hard it could be and how long it takes usually as I want it ASAP . please get me a detail about renunciation ground. How does it actually work out?

Why would your husband oppose divorce if he has renounced the world? And if he oppose it is implied that he has not renounced the world as yet.
