Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,
i am unable to pay the maintainence amount due to my job loss due to mental tensions and about to surrounder in court for non payment of maintainence amount and arrears.now i am almost living dead due to laws of our mother india and its greedy citizens.and law enforcing super class officers irrespective of subject dead or alive in battle.now my question is is there any law to provide food to suffered person in the hands of laws and petitioners who stole life of subject to eat and live like parasites killing host who shelterd them, and make him live just like petitioners who stole life of host subject?is there any responsibilty of law enforcers and lawyers to give and food shelter freely who mercilessly argued for subject money to share spoils with petitioners in courts of india?please give food and shelter and pocked money to live subjects lost job in satisfaction levels from lawyers and govt law enforcers pockets and govt exchquer to live subject happily just like woman petitioners who swallowed money from subjects legally?kindly give free food and shelter and pocket money on par with his previous job level before death in courts level satisfaction as they are also suffered and dead in cat and mouse games of society and laws.it is humanitarian part on part ot lawyers who argued and law enforcing agencies who uphold maintainence laws to give death verdict to bread earners working for their hungriness and filling others stomachs at the expense of his life.kindly tell about any law about it?or kill fully to avoid questions like this.
