Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir/mam,

Around 5 years back got married, but having no sexual contact since marriage becuase we are not interested in our marriage but married on our elders hard pressure for our marriage as if we both are from same family (uncle married daughter-in-law who is a minor of age 15 at time of marriage in 2002) and willing to get divorce on mutual consent because we both are not having the thought that we are a couple because i treat her as my daughter and she too never treated me as her husband and we both are ready to get divorce on an urgent basis because another match is ready to marry the girl. So please help us guide to get a quick divorce at this time so that her life will be happy for the lifetime that too she is also interested to marry the other party. Also i want to inform you that we are both living completely seperately for the past around 2 years where she stays in company quarters where she workds and also she is not demanding any property etc from me for divorce process. So finally i am requesting you sir to guide me for a quick divorce where your guidance at this point will give her a life and i am not at all having any objection regarding divorce where she too has no objection for divorce....Hoping an early answer sir

Divorce is easily possible. As per your version you have married a minor girl which is not a valid marriage. A ground for divorce.
