Hello sir,

My husband who isan indian citizen and holding h1 visa is working in US on temporary visa.My husabnd has filed divorce in US on no fault ground.I have filed injunction against his pending divorce case in US in india.After hearing magistrate has vacated injunction aginst my husband's divorce pending in US.But he has laid down certain conditions aginst my husband.If my husband does not follow those conditions laid down by the court in injunction hearing can i sue him for that in inida?

If a court order is violated by any of the parties, there are provisions for (a) appropriate punishment (b) enforcement of the order; and (c) comepensating the victim party.
