sir,my marriage was happened before one year and it was love marriage.my husband had married to me only for money and even though after marriage we came to know that he is earning iz just four thousand.he had demand to us fifty lakhs so nw i want to take mutual divorce.my lawyer has filed all the cases which required.he isn't convencing tell some ways which can be used for that..?

For a mutual consent divorce, he has to agree. Since you have already engaged a lawyer and are pursuing your legal remedies, you should continue to follow his advice.

mutual consent divorce means that the consent of both the parties are free from coercion, undue influence, duress, misrepresentation. i do not agree with the above reply that he has to agree to divorce by mutual consent. he needs to be convinced for the same and he is to be well informed of the consequences in case he choose to linger on this matter any further.
Every case has peculiar facts, better you depend upon your lawyer and act as per his advice.
