You will have to file a transfer petition in the Supreme Court.

if you can prove that your wife is staying in Delhi, you may get the case transferred to Delhi by filing a Transfer Petition in SC as suggested by my Ld. Colleague Mr. Pawse.

What is your gender ? If you are a man then it would be pointless to move any application before Supreme Court for transfer.
