Sir,my wife is not staying with me from last 8 months.she ran from my house without any intimation to me and i have reported in local thana.now,she filed dv case on me & my family members.is this possible that she can file dv against me & my family member even she having no touch with us.wat should i do pls help?

you must consult an advocate immediately ... she might file criminal cases against you or your relatives..
