sir,

Q1.my husband has given wrong address in divorce petition.& also submitted a different address for address proof.whether the case can be dismissed on different address ground or not

Q2.my husband is hiding his income from other sources other than salary. can I get his 5 yrs income tax details from court

Q3.whether I should ask it in inhancement application or seperate application is required.

in case your husband has appeared in the court, the difference in addresses may not be relevant. the income details you may ask in the application itself.
