I do not want to stay at my house. My parents mentally torture me a lot. My dad is a senior citizen. Can I leave home and stay at a place of my choice. Are there any legal implications to this

in case you are not a minor, you can stay where ever you want.

You are entitled to
(a) stay independently from your paents;
(b) claim your share in the ancestral property, if any.
(c) if minor and / or dependent on your parents, you may claim maintenance.
However, in your own interest, you are advised to stay from litigation or any legal course of action. Try to reach an amicable settlement with your family.
