Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am staying in deesa and my wife is staying in london. we are living separately since last 3 year. I don't know exactly location of her in london. I have lodged the case in deesa and deesa court has send summons to Sidhpur court. Because her father & mother is staying in siddhpur. But the Siddhpur court's clerk is sending court notice back by saying that "person is not staying there". Actually her mother & father is staying there. What should i have to do?

Deesa court has sent notice in the name of my wife . Should court can sent notice in name of my father-mother in low name?

plz guide me for successful hearing of notice...? I know only my wife direct contact no and her college's name of London. I don't know whether she got remarried or not. But she doesn't want to sign the divorce paper and doesn't wants to stay with me. She is demanding very huge amt for signing.. my no is:91 9979230074

You know the college address. You send the notice to college address.

After attempting to serve a person on the "last known address", one may try serving by way of "substituted service", i.e. by way of "pasting summons outside the door", and / or beat of drum in the locality; and / or by publication in the local newspapers. The procedure has been given in detail in the Civil Procedure Code. You may instruct your Advocate to proceed further in accordance with law. If any guidance is needed, your lawyer may contact me by phone or email.
