stridhan lawful meaning
can a wife demand the jewellery purchased totally from husbands own income by charging totally false alleagations in divorce case filledby wife herself ?that too a case is filled within one year of marriage?

once the jewellary purchased by husband and given to wife in the form of gift out of love and affection then the same becomes STRIDHAN article of wife and hence she can recover the same.she has to file a suit for recovery.The case of divorce can not be filed within one year of marriage except with prior permission of court.
