can you suggest me if my wife cheated and comitted adultery before marrying me.can i divorce her.

i have 7 months old child , how to divorce my wife in this case or get legal separation.

no ground for adultery in made out. adultery does not mean solitary acts of having sex with another man but the spouse should be living in adultery. in your case, you cannot seek relief of her past mistakes, that also done before marriage. you may try n settle your disputes for the sake of your child.
