Legal Question in Family Law in India

i was given summon for maintenance case by my wife but i dnt go for the hearing,, but she has got judgement with exparty for tat with salary based on my previous job,, but now i resigned tat job and she is not aware where iam working at present ,should i need to pay her maintenance or not ?but yet i had not given her divorce and she has filed 498a for, tat i had got AB in high court , waht shal be my next step

since there is a court order you will have to pay her the maintainance as per order unless you challenge the order and obtain a stay on its exectution
