Taking My Child Out of The Country

I am in Sri Lanka but there is no Sri Lanka in the location list I put India � the closest neighbour.

My husband has started t an affair with a co-worker and right now is acting like an idiot. We have two sons. We all love him very much. We leave our son at his parents place during the five day week and both of us work. My husband goes to see the little boy at his mum�s place and this facilitates the affair as this co-worker lives nearby. She is a woman of no principles and she knows all of us but continues to carry on this affair. As such I have decided that the best would be to take my eight year old son to Singapore and then my husband would automatically come over there. Otherwise this would be case of both of us just going to work aimlessly. This is done in the best interest of the family and not to break up the family. We are still married and my husband has no intention of leaving us. Deep down he loves the sons very much. Please advice weather this would create a legal problem . as I do not want to take my son away from his father. Your question is incomplete. However, their will not be any legal problem for you to take your son to singapore.

The problem elucidated looks more of a socio-legal problem than a legal problem. You can have a discussion with ur husband as to moving out of ur present place with ur son as later he should not level any allegations aganst u and I opine that it may create more problems than solving the one on hand as ur son is still a Minor and he cannot give his consent independently.
