in case you have all the proofs of adultry against your spouse, it would not take much time and may also be granted within months.

If you have proof of adultery, then reasonable time.

If you had waited too long after adultery, then the Court may want to know if you have condoned adultery.

However, even a long time after adultery may not be a strict bar to filing of divorce, because the affected spouse can always plead economic helplessness, welfare of children in wedlock , social stigma etc
