is it true that most women complaint under domestic voilence act just to extort money from husbands?
my husband's sister was subject to cruelty by inlaws and relatives.so she make complain under DV.
till the time there was no complain,people looked to her with sympathy.
now when she make complain,all call her greedy and home breaker.they say she has no self respect of earning money but waant to grab husband's money..we do not know what to do
even the MM looks upto her as greedy when the other party's lawyer calls her greedy...

No, that is not true. Women make complaint when they have to as a last resort. Pursue your remedy properly, with confidence, dignity and self-respect.
