Legal Question in Family Law in India

I would want to know of the typical cost to transfer a family court petition from one State to another within India, due to my work and family circumstances. Can I petition without legal counsel (or through the Free legal Aid Cell of Supreme Court) ? Can I e-File the same ? I would appreciate the procedure, Form's to be used and the time frame for the SC to grant a decision in the context, Thank you-

You can do it on your own or with the help of legal aid cell. The Supreme Court should not take much time if satisfied with your grounds for transfer of petition from one state to another.
