u jst replied that i have to get divorce from my ex.
cant i do it without going in these long process, as i have already filled for a nullifying of that marriage 5 yrs back only , and is it possible if i have done that marriage in mumbai and i can get registered marriage in gurgaon, as i m staying here presently

has the decree of nullity been granted to you. better speak to a lawyer as it is complicated.
