I am widow and filed a sp civil application to recover my immovaable and movable property
on what provision a judge can pass interim order to get my basic thongs like cloths books etc

As you have already filed a Case, you may in the said case file an Interlocutory Application(I.A) before the Hon'ble Court praying for getting possession of all the said Movable properties, which you would immediately need for your use. Surely the Court will consider and accede to your prayer.
