my wife has admited divorce case against me under dv act. she demanded rs 10,00,000 and some amount for her future. my monthly income is rs 20000 total pay. and rs 13000 net pay . my house's todays value is rs 20,00,000. on that home i have taken loan from bank. which todays value is 7,50,000. my father also given me rs 6,00,000 when i build home. i build home before my marriage. what is law about this?

The court will not ask you to pay so much amount to your wife as your salary is Rs 20000/- p.m. You should engage a good lawyer and defend the proceedings.
