The same must be a continuous one for long time to prove your claim. Mere one or two incidents may not be considered. Anyway your allegation is a ground for Divorce.

as stated above, she must be living in adultry and a few incidents of adultry may not benefit you in the petition for divorce on the grounds of adultry.
