I and my Wife have decide that we both are ready to separate from each other. But out side of court what should we do?

No according to me you can not have a valid & sanctioned divorce un and untill there is a seal of the Court on it.
Although since both of you (HUSBAND & WIFE) are ready to go for divorce you both can file a divorce petition mutually.
