My wife has filed a divorce case under section 13A. I want reconciliation or a peaceful divorce.?
My wife has left my home with her parents and daughter (1 month old then) from my residence without any prior intimation to me, almost 5 years ago. When I contacted her on telephone she refused to come back or even to talk. Gradually all forms of communication stopped. Recently she has filed a case under section 13A for divorce and 'other reliefs'. I want either reconciliation (first preference) or a peaceful divorce, if she insists.
