Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has filed the fir u/s 498-A against me and my family.

We were at anticipatory bail after that

now police has field the Charge-sheet . But when we received the copy of file in court there was not any statement of me, my family and even the eyewitness which is in my favor .

There are only complaints of my wife starting from when she gone to first time in CAW cell

(she has gone to CAW cell 3 times) and charge-sheet.

When i asked the I/O she said that those papers are in police file and u can obtain it by filing an application.

Is she is telling the truth.

If not what i can do ??

I have very strong points to prove that FIR as well as complaints in CAW cell is fake.

can i asked the Tis hazrie court to quash the fir or i have to go to DELHI HIGH COURT.?

for quashing of an f.i.r. you have to approach the High Court and as far as your statement is concerned, you would get an opportunity after the prosecution evidence to put forward your defence in the case u/s 313 of criminal procedure code.
