my wife filed the petitoin againnt domestic voilance act 2005 section 12.What could intention demand from me? how could i defend my loyar says that i have to file petition aginst her to came back to my home.Howevwr i want the divorce? wht sholud i do?

Your wife maybe interested to have maintenance and residence from you without giving you Divorce.This could be her intentions against you . You may file a petition for Divorce against your wife . You should formulate a strategy with the help of your lawyer , this would really help you at a later stage.
