My wife is living away from me since 28/12/1996. I filed a divorce petition in the District Court on 11/04/2001. My application for divorce rejected. I went to High court in September 2006. Still matter is pending in the High Court. May I live my life with someone live-in-relationship? Tell legal right of me and life partner.

Instead you can file application for speedy disposal of the case as live-in-relationship is not legal in India till date.

Live in relationship for married person is not legal in india.
