My wife has another married without divorce, On what ground, i can apply for legal divorce?

firstly she should divorced u before another marriage but she failed to do u than now in this circumstances should appear before the court for the decree of divorced with this ground also

and on the ground of adultery with another person who is now his 2nd husband our wifes 2nd marriage is voidable
