My wifie put 498 A case on me and 4 members of my family on 3-9-11 .The SI of Police Submitt the Charge sheet to the Court .In the Charge Sheet DSP Deleted the nanes of My family members A2 to A5. Now my wife put a Petition to the Court to to include the deleted names .What can I do?
