can we withdraw the 498-A before the Lok Adalath? whether it is valid or not?

it cannot be done before the Lok Adalat. It has to be before the Hon'ble High Court

You can even withdraw your 498a case in normal courts working days. Lok adalat is meant generally for the settlement of those cases based on mutual consent.
