X and Y are financially sounded.. Their son is only 2 years old. Who will be the custodian of the child ?
X = Father

Besides money ,there are other reasons and factors for a court to put together to decide the petition for custody. The child age is 2 ,it would be given to the mother.

the custody of the child is decided keeping the utmost welfare of the child in mind. it has to be gathered from the facts and circumstances of the case as to where the child would have a better emotional, physical and psychological growth.
