Legal Question in Medical Leave in India
My friend got married in sep-2009 and after a month her husband told her everything about his past relation. my frnd did not make the issue on it. but again after sometimes he told her that he cant leave her past gf and asked my friend to leave the house as he had regreted to get married with her. he did misbehave with her. then my frnd left the house 3 months ago. I need a help for her because how someone can do easily all these things with anyone. He should be punished. but my friend does not want to fight for her because she is vry upset.
Can anybody guide me to help her.

in case her husband was in love with someone else, he ought not have spoiled ur friend's life. in such a situation, it is better to go for divorce by mutual consent because punishing the husband may take years.
