BHUPESH NARULA NARULA&ASSOCIATES;

payment order is sufficient payment for the sale of the house, please only confirm by the bank it is not forged, the bank is liable to honur the same and cannever be stopped unless reported for loss by the person who got it prepared. It is a negotiable instriument and is prepared after the bank has received the payment. if the same is dishonoured than the person giving you along with the bak are liable and apply for cancellation of the sale deed also before the court.
