charges for drawing up a power of attorney

i would appreciate if you could kindly email me

what do lawyers generally charge for drawing up

a general or a particular power of attorney related to

a land dispute or sale of land.i just want to get a rough approx estimate of the above to enable me to budget

my cost factor 4 a litigation.

Normally, drafting a power of attorney should not cost you more than Rs.1000/- only.

The Professional Fees and Charges very from work to work and no fixed schedule can be stated. Normally charges for drawing a Power of Attorney starts with Rs.500/-.

Refer to your query it is submitted that GPA or SPA will cost

normally Rs. 550/- to 1100/- besides minor miscl. expenses.

It depends upon the client or the value of the property.
