Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

my company has a long pending dispute with one shareholder. He has made complaints against the company with the Registrar of Companies, Pune. The issues in the complaints have already been raised by the shareholder before the Company law board and the Supreme Court and no reliefs were granted. The orders have been in our favour and now we are getting harassed by being asked to appear before the Lokadalat wherein court orders are already in our favour....kindly advise
