contract agreement

Iget into agreement with a party to which job is outsourced by another company.in case of dispute can I file case for compensation or damages against both the companies. or I can file against the company with which I have made an agreement.supposing outsourcing company has given letter that the job is outsourced to the company with which I have made agreement

your agreement needs to be perused for terms and conditions as it seems your agreement is only with outsourced company against which you can file suit.
