we get court decre of dispute land but out oppnents are not leaving land they are manage police how to get the land? our lawer told again one year requied for getting immediatly what can i do?

file execution in the court which has granted you decree. Court will legally evict them and you will get possession. Supply the copy of decree to police and file a contempt petition against them

File an execution petition in order to exert the decree properly, put an contempt petition aganist the opposite party for not adhering the court's order, ok ? Please ask your lawyer to do so, ok ?
