Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Dear sir, I was purchase( situated in Delhi L&DO;) the 100 sq. yard property built up single story on the basis of document's that the original alloty of this property died 1984 after the executed registered will 1982 in favor of two son's( but not probated and not taken NOC from other 3 legal heir) out of 5 son's but the two son's died after the apply for mutation in L&DO;and the legal heir's of 2 beneficiary of registered will, get the mutation in them name and get convert lease hold to free hold in them name and both the party in the record of L&DO;stand as a property owner and they are in physical possession and enjoy with the family since 1975 to till they sell this property and other 3 legal heir are not in possession and right in this property according the conditional registered will that the lessee leave behind in his life conditional will that the property after his death property go in favor of 2 son's and his wife but the condition is when his wife died then the property will go in favor of 2 son's and other legal heir's have no right in this property and on that situation we purchase as bonafied purchaser and good faith of L&DO;and seller disclose that the only 2 legal heir of the lessee acording the registered will they cant show other 3 legal heir but when the execute the saledeed in my name and we apply in MCD for building sanction plan then 3 legal heir's are file in MCD objection for stop the sanction of building plan then we approach to 2 owner who sell us this property they ask that no body disturb you but some time go then the 3 legal heir go to high court file partition suit with 39 application and also my advocate file caveat before the file suit by other 3 legal heir and my advocate file against the application 7 and 11 but judge in the first hearing not listening to any body and order for statu quo on suit property, so on whole what can i do

as the court has ordered status quo, the rights of the parties to the suit may be decided after evidence is led on behalf of each of them.
