You get your share in the property through your fathers share.. File a partition suit . Where is your father ? Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Loyola College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu)

If your uncle has got the house in settlement through a Probate from the Court by virtue of your grandfather's Will, both you and your auntie will not be entitled to any share in that particular property.

What is the meaning of word used by you 'settlement'? Whether it was partition or family settlement or Settlement in Court during probate application?
