my father bought a land from a joint family X, 10 years back.....he is now considering to sell the sight and took advance from the party Y....
now in the joint family,one brother hasnt signed in the documents,and they brought injection order on the land.........
what will be your suggestion about reclaiming the land...
we have got the land registrated on my fathers name....
and we are paying taxes for the land from the last 10 years
