My grandfather died leaving 30 acres of land in Uttrakhand,after his death the 4 sons did a garh Batwara in a plain sheet signed in revenue ticket that they have divided the property in four parts and they agree in the division . One of my uncle who has the land next to the road is not giving access to other three brothers to make a motorable road to reach there properties . What can be done for this.? Please advise.

They can engage a Advocate issue legal notice and file a suit asking the relief of access from the court. However first try to settle the matter amicably as far as possible.
